I began to receive messages, to sense energies, to smell things others couldn’t - to just ‘know’ things that I didn’t have an explanation for. At first it was a bit un-nerving and I questioned everything! But I came to understand that I wasn’t doing anything that others couldn’t; it was just that I’d accepted that I’d heard and sensed what I’d heard and sensed. I didn’t dismiss it (even though I was very sceptical); instead, I tested it. And it passed the test.

I found I could read people in photographs, connecting to their energies and memories; that crystals seem to speak to me through their energy - sometimes making my whole body shake when I held them; and other times bringing incredible peace, clarity and joy.
I learned to sit in meditative trance states, and channel messages both from speaking and automatic writing (sometimes using light language). I also travel to other bodies and spaces, both when awake and in my dreams; regularly receiving messages.

Using crystals and meditation, I’ve re-connected with my Lemurian family (bathing in the brightest white light I’ve ever experienced), walked in the steps of previous lives to further understand my journey here, and met/taken advice from a whole host of gods, goddesses, spiritual historical figures, and mythological creatures; as well as ascended masters including Merlin, Archangel Michael, Mother Mary, and Jesus.
At night, I’ve travelled in space-ships of all kinds, been on ‘missions’, witnessed events and even laid my own life problems to rest by spending time in the dream-state with those I can’t speak to on earth, for whatever reason. One of my favourite, most transformative experiences was when my estranged daughter came to me, told me she loved me, hugged me, and we cried together.

Recently, I’ve become a bridge both in this world and others, for energy transmutation; helping souls cross back and forth, mostly at night - although I have aided those stuck here to traverse safely to the summerlands.

Of all the spaces we can inhabit, I prefer the dark space. It suits me, my experiences - and therefore my knowledge - here on earth, and it’s where I do my best work.
